The VerTmount Grounding Bracket Kit takes out the effort and guesswork when mounting Aaki Motor Shaft Grounding modules on vertical hollow shaft motors.
The kit is designed to mount MSGMs under the motor top cap. Since the system is mounted to the top of the motor, it is easy to maintain and service and is free from grease contamination that typically causes bottom mounted systems to fail.
The complete kit comes with the main grounding ring that holds the motor shaft grounding modules, and custom bracketry to allow for the installation on almost any motor configuration. In addition, a high strand count braided grounding strap is included to ensure the bracketry is securely grounded to the motor frame.
Two Aaki standard MSGMs are supplied to complete the system. The entire system simplifies the installation process, making it quick and easy to install a set of standard size Motor Shaft Grounding Modules correctly, reducing the risk of errors that lead to costly downtime and repairs. Typical installations can be performed in under an hour, reducing installation time by as much as 80%.
