The FleXform™ Tool allows the installer to quickly configure a FleXmount™ bracket to fit to almost any motor endbell on Motor Shaft Grounding Modules (MSGMs).

The system consists of a set of dies and calibration dial that attached to a standard Vise Grip™, making the tool in essence a hand held progressive bending machine.

Using the tool is straightforward:

1. Select the appropriate FleXmount™ bracket for the motor in question
2. Using the chart provided, rotate the bend dial the appropriate number of turns to achieve the desired bend angle
3. Place the FleXmount™ bracket onto the tool’s base over the alignment mark
4. Clamp down on the bracket to bend it to the chosen angle
